Rhythms at Work
Get Your Company's Groove On
Rhythms at Work is a rhythm-based group workshop, designed specifically for the corporate setting. The program uses fun, participatory rhythmic interaction as a tool to foster communication, develop team-building skills, improve important leadership characteristics and increase employee morale.
Through interactive games and discussions, your employees will develop listening and teamwork skills in a fun, exciting atmosphere. This hands-on approach reaches attendees on a primal level, allowing them to let their guard down and think 'outside the box'- stimulating creativity and letting each participant see the effects and value of group harmony and synergy.
The programs are often presented as refreshing breakout sessions at managerial retreats and company conferences, school staff meetings, Chamber of Commerce leadership seminars and volunteer organizations.
